Dr Sudhir Prasad is an alumni of Osmania Medical College. He offered his services in the NHS for about six long years. His interest lies in diagnosing and treating airway diseases. Interventional pulmonology, diffuse parenchymal lung diseases and infections such as tuberculosis and HIV, are the topics which he worked on, and published the articles on topics such as induced bronchospasm, interventions in advanced bronchoscopic procedures and medical thoracoscopy.

Achieving EDARM-European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine is considered as one of the biggest assets of Dr. Sudhir Prasad. He picked some of the most interesting topics of current times - Infections and their appropriate management and used these concepts for publishing in the journals. Dr. Sudhir Prasad has presented research work on stem cell therapy in end-stage lung disease, interstitial lung disease, and COPD.
