Dr. Srinivas is a highly qualified Neonatologist and pediatrician. He has 22 years of experience in paediatrics and neonatology. After paediatric postgraduate training at Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, he has pursued further training in Paediatrics and Neonatology speciality in the United Kingdom and awarded with CCT. He has worked for 18 years at NHS University teaching Hospitals (Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff and Luton) in the United Kingdom. He holds Diploma in Leadership and Management, Chartered Management Institute, UK. He is unique in both Telugu states to have the maximum overseas experience of working at the level of tertiary care neonatal consultant.He has been a member of the teaching faculty for neonatal resuscitation and simulation courses in the United Kingdom.

He has several international publications to his name. He has presented several papers at regional, national and international conferences. His special interests are care of extreme premature babies, neonatal ventilation and neuro-protection. He has vast experience from the UK in managing the extreme preterm babies from 23 weeks gestation onwards and total body hypothermia treatment for hypoxic ischaemic encephalopathy in neonates. He is passionate about providing the family centred and evidence based clinical practice.He was awarded with a highly commended prize for the project on neonatal thermoregulation at East of England Health enterprise innovations.
