Graduated from government medical college, Nagpur in 1990 with a bachelor’s in medicine (MBBS) Post graduated from government medical college Nagpur in 1994 with masters in paediatrics(MD) Doctoral Studies in paediatric surgery in 1995, accredited by the national board of examination New Delhi

• Specializes in device closures, neonatal interventions and use of stents in congenital heart disease
• Specific areas of interest include neonatal cardiac interventions, percutaneous closures of various congenital heart defects, stenting of co-arctation of aorta, stenting of pulmonary arteries and fatal echocardiography
• Expertise in paediatric cardiac interventions and all Cathlab procedures.
