• 3 years private practice in Hitech ENT Hospital. Conducted free diagnostic camps at Taluka places, conducted free operative camps at rural hospitals(Micro ear surgeries and Endoscopic sinus surgeries)
• 1 year experience of medical office at PHC PostM.S.
• One year experience at K.E.M hospital as senior registrar,4 Registrar post done at KEM Hospital with teaching experience to undergraduates Conducted workshops at Hitech ENT Hospital with National facilities like Dr.A.G.Pusalkar conducted Endoscopic sinus surgery workshop with Dr.Kaluskar an eminent professor from Ireland was an active participant instructor in KEM for four Microear surgery workshops and four endoscopy sinus surgery workshop Cadaveric Dissection demonstrations with temporal bone dissection.
