Manisha Singhania is a trained Yoga Instructor & Therapist for the last twelve years. She learnt Yoga at the International Yoga Society affiliated Yogarakshanam in Chennai. A proponent of the classical – hatha yoga, she has been conducting Yoga classes for a wide range of audience including corporates, sports persons, artists, women (pre-natal and post-natal), children and the elderly.Based out of Hyderabad, Manisha has a truly artistic & creative bent to her personality with her interests & expertise ranging from Painting to Arts to Music. She recently conducted a yoga workshop at the India club of Liechtenstein as part of India Culture Week organized by Cultural Ministry of Liechtenstein.
