Dr. Jamir Arlikar Consultant for Paediatric Surgery and Paediatric Urology at Rainbow Hospitals is an alumnus of the Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. He has a Fellowship of Paediatric Trauma Surgery as well as Paediatric Surgery at the All Children’s Hospital Johns Hopkins Medicine, USA.He is vastly experienced and has held several prestigious positions in the field of Paediatric Surgery in the US as well as in India. And has made contributions to widely acclaimed National & International Journals; alongside presenting papers at various International Conferences.Dr. Alikar was awarded the Shanti Talwar Scholarship by the Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons for the year 2012 and received the Karl-Storz Travel Fellowship in 2010. Dr. Arlikar’s was awarded the Best Video Presentation-Achalasia Cardia by the Paediatric Endoscopic Surgeons of India (PESI) in 2009.Dr. Arlikar was a keen interest in Paediatric and Infant minimal invasive surgery (Single incision laparoscopic and advance laparoscopic surgeries) as well as foetal surgeries, paediatric urological reconstructive and minimal invasive pectus excavatum repairs.
